• Damaged Shipments: We do not accept returns. We carefully package our products to ensure their safe delivery, and the risk of damage is minimal. If the box arrives damaged, the responsibility for any damage lies with the courier company.

 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.
In accordance with Dutch consumer law, for products purchased under a distance contract (such as online purchases), consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product. However, this right does not apply to customized or handmade items, which are excluded from the general return policy.
