Our candles are handcrafted with care, which means that during pre-order periods, it is not immediately available for shipping. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
The expected shipping date is always stated on our website.
Instead, we will begin crafting your candle especially for you upon receiving your order :)
Once your candle is ready, it will be shipped according to the estimated delivery times below.

Order Processing

​We process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons or sales periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. In some cases, there may be an option to choose a preferred delivery method. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking status and contact the carrier for updates.

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within 2 days from the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance.

We take great care in packaging our products, and the risk of damage is minimal. The box should remain intact upon arrival; if it is damaged, the responsibility for any damage lies with the courier company and you have the right to apply for a refund for a damaged product

Incorrect Shipping Information
